Cán bộ Đoàn, đoàn viên luôn quan tâm, phát hiện những đoàn viên ưu tú để tạo điều kiện đi học lớp cảm tình Đảng và giới thiệu cho chi bộ đảng. Thời điểm chúng tôi thăm đảo, ở Trường Sa Lớn đang diễn ra lễ kết nạp Đảng cho hơn 10 đoàn viên.</font></font></font></span></span></p>
<p class="pBody" style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px; color: rgb(0,0,0); font-family: arial; text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: Arial"><font color="#686868"><font color="#fafafa"><font color="#030303">Chi đoàn các đảo cũng phát động cuộc vận động học tập và làm theo tấm gương đạo đức Hồ Chí Minh như kể chuyện về Bác, đọc tác phẩm của Bác... Việc học tập và làm theo Bác Hồ được gắn với nhiệm vụ của mỗi đoàn viên nên kết quả đạt được rất cao.</font></font></font></span></span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: Arial">Vừa kết thúc chương trình làm mô hình học cụ chuẩn bị cho huấn luyện, các đoàn viên chiến sĩ lại nhảy sang các hoạt động thể dục thể thao, văn nghệ. Rồi phát động chương trình môi trường xanh, sạch đẹp như tuần lễ sạch, dọn vệ sinh, trồng cây xanh... Khi các đoàn công tác ra thăm đảo, chiến sĩ trước đó làm tốt các nhiệm vụ để diễn tập cho khách đất liền “thưởng lãm”.</span></span></p>
<p class="pBody" style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px; color: rgb(0,0,0); font-family: arial; text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: Arial">“Phong trào trên đảo xoay tua từng chương trình theo mỗi tháng để luôn đổi mới, vận dụng phù hợp với tình hình của đảo, nhiệm vụ của người lính” - thượng úy Lê Hải Bằng, bí thư chi đoàn cụm chiến đấu 1, đảo Trường Sa Lớn, tiết lộ.</span></span></p>
<p class="pBody" style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px; color: rgb(0,0,0); font-family: arial; text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: Arial">Ở đảo xa nhưng mấy năm nay liên chi đoàn đảo Trường Sa Lớn luôn phát động Tháng thanh niên tình nguyện. Trong Tháng thanh niên, các đoàn viên được phân công về các hộ gia đình trên đảo giúp đỡ, tổng dọn vệ sinh khu dân cư, dạy học, dạy hát cho trẻ em. Anh Hải Bằng kể: “Các em thiếu nhi rất thích các chú bộ đội dạy các bài hát về Bác Hồ, quê hương đất nước... Chúng tôi cũng coi đó là nhiệm vụ tiếp sức, giáo dục các em tình yêu quê hương, đất nước, ý thức về chủ quyền Tổ quốc dù ở giữa trùng dương bao la”.</span></span></p>
<p class="pBody" style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px; color: rgb(0,0,0); font-family: arial; text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: Arial">Vào dịp Tết Trung thu, liên chi đoàn còn tổ chức cho các em vui chơi. Hoạt động lớn nhất do liên chi đoàn tổ chức vào dịp cuối năm là hội thao Quyết thắng. Tại hội thao, các chi đoàn thi giải bóng đá, bóng chuyền, chiến sĩ khỏe...</span></span></p>
<p class="pBody" style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px; color: rgb(0,0,0); font-family: arial; text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: Arial">Theo anh Nguyễn Văn Hưởng, phong trào thể dục luôn được phát động nhằm gắn bó tình cảm, động viên tinh thần vừa rèn luyện thể lực cho đoàn viên. Chi đoàn cũng đề xuất với cấp trên những biện pháp trong tập luyện, sản xuất để phát huy hết sức trẻ, dấn thân của Đoàn viên. Phong trào Đoàn trên đảo đi vào những việc làm cụ thể như vườn hoa thanh niên, làm ghế đá, chăn nuôi...</span></span></p>
<p class="pInterTitle" style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 11pt; text-transform: none; color: rgb(0,0,0); font-family: arial; text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: Arial">Đến từng người lính</span></span></p>
<p class="pBody" style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px; color: rgb(0,0,0); font-family: arial; text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: Arial">Ở đảo chìm, diện tích đảo nhỏ, điều kiện thời tiết, sinh hoạt không thuận lợi như đảo nổi. Nhưng nhờ vận dụng linh hoạt các hoạt động, phong trào Đoàn ở đây vẫn vững mạnh, vượt trên tất cả những khó khăn. Ở các đảo chìm Đá Lát, Đá Tây, Đá Đông, Thuyền Chài... phong trào Đoàn cuốn hút được các đoàn viên tích cực tham gia.</span></span></p>
<p class="pBody" style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px; color: rgb(0,0,0); font-family: arial; text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: Arial">Mỗi tháng chi đoàn đảo sinh hoạt một lần để nắm bắt tâm tư của đoàn viên. Đảo nhỏ, số lượng đoàn viên không nhiều nên chi đoàn xem nhau như người một nhà. “Đoàn viên mới ra đảo luôn được chi đoàn quan tâm, sâu sát giúp đỡ vượt qua khó khăn ban đầu, ổn định tư tưởng” - bí thư chi đoàn đảo Đá Lát Trần Duy Hà cho biết. Thế nên thường chỉ sau một tháng, sau những bỡ ngỡ với môi trường mới, các đoàn viên đều xác định tư tưởng, chấp nhận thử thách để hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ.</span></span></p>
<p class="pBody" style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px; color: rgb(0,0,0); font-family: arial; text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: Arial">Anh Hà khoe: “Tân binh khi ở trên bờ chỉ tập trung huấn luyện, không biết nấu ăn, trồng rau, bắt cá... Ra đảo vài tuần được huấn luyện hết các kỹ năng này”. Cho nên dù xuất thân từ thành phố hay nông thôn, lính sống ở đảo đều thuần thục mọi kỹ năng, từ chiến đấu đến các sinh hoạt kỹ năng như nấu ăn, hoạt động thể thao hay các hoạt động sinh tồn trong điều kiện khắc nghiệt.</span></span></p>
<p class="pBody" style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 13px; color: rgb(0,0,0); font-family: arial; text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: small"><span style="font-family: Arial">Các hoạt động Đoàn trên quần đảo Trường Sa vừa phục vụ nhu cầu đời sống tình cảm, tinh thần của từng chiến sĩ trẻ, vừa gắn với nhiệm vụ chung mà trên hết là hướng đến gắn kết tình đồng chí, đồng đội; cao hơn nữa là nêu cao tinh thần chiến đấu bảo vệ chủ quyền biển đảo của Tổ quốc.</span></span> </p>
