<p style="text-align: justify; "><span style="font-size: small; "><span style="font-family: Arial; ">Một buổi trực của sinh viên (SV) Nguyễn Hoài Bảo bắt đầu bằng việc mở hộp e-mail đầy những thông tin về chỗ trọ mà người trực hôm trước đã tổng kết lại. Công việc tiếp theo là phải cập nhật thông tin mới về chỗ trọ từ phía chủ nhà trọ hoặc những nguồn thông tin khác. Cuối buổi trực sẽ làm một tổng kết tình hình gửi cho admin để thay đổi nội dung trên trang web hỗ trợ nhà trọ online.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; "><span style="font-size: small; "><span style="font-family: Arial; ">Nguyễn Hoài Bảo là một trong 10 SV thuộc Nhóm hỗ trợ nhà trọ online của Hội SV trường ĐH Kinh tế TP.HCM. Trung bình mỗi tuần các bạn thay phiên nhau trực một buổi để quản lý trang web và tiếp nhận những yêu cầu về chỗ trọ từ SV. Thủ lĩnh nhóm này là Phan Ngọc Anh, Phó bí thư Đoàn trường - Chủ tịch Hội SV.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; "><span style="font-size: small; "><span style="font-family: Arial; ">Ý tưởng thực hiện một trang web để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi hơn cho SV trường mình tìm một chỗ trọ ưng ý bắt đầu manh nha khi Đoàn - Hội SV thực hiện công việc tìm nhà trọ cho SV. Ngọc Anh nói: “Trường ĐH Kinh tế TP.HCM có một số lượng lớn SV và hiện nay truy cập internet là thói quen hằng ngày cả những bạn trẻ. Trang web tìm nhà trọ sẽ là một kênh thông tin nhanh chóng giúp SV chủ động hơn trong việc tìm nhà trọ. Hội SV cũng không phải mất thời gian và địa điểm để dán những tờ thông báo nhà trọ nữa”. </span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; "><span style="font-size: small; "><span style="font-family: Arial; ">Ngọc Anh cho biết thêm, hiện nay, trang Nhà trọ sinh viên online có thể đáp ứng được 1/5 nhu cầu của SV trường. Trong thời gian tới, Hội SV sẽ tìm cách để chủ nhà trọ ký cam kết lâu dài cung cấp chỗ trọ cho SV. Khi truy cập vào</span></span></p>

Trước hết là nhấp chuột để tìm thông tin nhà trọ và chọn mã số nhà. Sau khi tìm được chỗ trọ ưng ý, SV liên hệ văn phòng Đoàn - Hội SV để đổi mã lấy địa chỉ nhà trọ (mỗi SV đóng tiền cọc 10.000 đồng/2 mã nhà. Số tiền này sẽ được hoàn lại sau khi SV đã tìm được nhà và nộp lại phiếu đăng ký nhà trọ trong vòng 1 tuần). Khi đã đồng ý chỗ ở thì SV gọi điện báo chỗ cho nhóm nhà trọ. Nếu SV không đồng ý trọ thì sẽ được cung cấp một phiếu nhà trọ khác hoặc được nhận lại tiền cọc.</span></span></p>
