<p style="text-align: justify;" class="pbody"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Chương trình tuyên truyền pháp luật “Cùng em vững bước” do Hội đồng Đội TP.HCM phối hợp Trung tâm tư vấn pháp luật (Trường ĐH Luật TP.HCM) và Công ty luật Vietsun tổ chức hiện đang diễn ra tại 20 trường THCS của 10 quận huyện vùng ven, ngoại thành TP.HCM.</span></span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;" class="pbody"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Từ những tình huống trong những vở kịch, các kiến thức pháp luật sẽ được đưa vào một cách ngắn gọn, dễ nhớ nhất. Song song đó còn có phần tư vấn tâm lý của các chuyên gia tâm lý giúp các bạn chọn lựa cách ứng xử phù hợp nhất những tình huống thường gặp trong cuộc sống.</span></span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;" class="pbody"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Từ một xích mích nhỏ giữa hai học sinh, “cái mặt thằng đó nhìn thấy ghét”, một trong hai rủ nhóm bạn mình đánh hội đồng bạn kia. Người bị đánh phải đi cấp cứu, công an truy tìm nhóm học sinh đánh người. Câu hỏi đặt ra: bao nhiêu tuổi sẽ phải chịu trách nhiệm hình sự?</span></span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;" class="pbody"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Tình huống thứ hai. Hai người bạn chở nhau vừa đạp xe vừa thả diều, đụng phải một bạn khác đang băng qua đường. Hai bên chẳng ai chịu nhận lỗi và không ai xin lỗi ai. Hành vi nào đã phạm luật trong tình huống ấy?</span></span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;" class="pbody"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Những câu chuyện gây sự chú ý của các bạn học sinh. Tình huống quá gần gũi, bình thường đến độ tưởng như chẳng có gì là phạm luật ở đây. Học sinh được hóa thân thành nhân vật trong câu chuyện, trao đổi cùng luật sư cách xử lý của mình. </span></span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;" class="pbody"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Những kiến thức pháp luật cô đọng, dễ nhớ nhất đã đến với các bạn như thế.</span></span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;" class="pbody"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Ở tình huống thứ nhất, Ngọc Ân (lớp 7 Trường THCS Hùng Vương, Q.Tân Phú) khẳng định đủ 14 tuổi là phải chịu trách nhiệm hình sự vì “Điều này đã được học ở môn giáo dục công dân”. Nhiều học sinh còn cho rằng không chỉ đánh nhau, uống rượu bia mà học trò chửi thề cũng là vi phạm pháp luật.</span></span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;" class="pbody"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Khi một luật sư phân tích pháp luật không quy định chửi thề là vi phạm pháp luật, điều này chỉ bị coi là vi phạm đạo đức và 14 tuổi không phải chịu trách nhiệm hình sự về hành vi thì các bạn mới tẽn tò. Hóa ra tưởng biết mà không biết!</span></span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;" class="pbody"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Còn Quang Tâm (lớp 7 Trường PT cấp II-III Nguyễn Hữu Thọ, Q.4) thừa nhận: “Vượt đèn đỏ là sai nhưng giờ nghe luật sư nói mới biết nếu vi phạm sẽ bị phạt tiền chứ trước giờ có biết đâu”.</span></span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;" class="pbody"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Chủ tịch Hội đồng Đội TP.HCM Trần Thị Diệu Thúy cho biết: “Đây sẽ là hoạt động dài hơi trong công tác Đội và được các đơn vị phối hợp tập trung hơn trong Tháng thanh niên này. Đến hè sẽ tập trung tổ chức tại các khu dân cư và dự kiến năm học sau sẽ triển khai rộng tại các trường học trong toàn TP. Chúng tôi muốn từng chút một giúp các em có những kiến thức cơ bản nhất về pháp luật để điều chỉnh hành vi hằng ngày của mình”.</span></span><o:p></o:p></p>
