Sơ kết công tác kiểm tra, giám sát giữa nhiệm kỳ nhằm đánh giá thực trạng việc chỉ đạo và thực hiện công tác kiểm tra của Đoàn trong giai đoạn (2007 – 2009); chất lượng đội ngũ cán bộ, hoạt động của Ủy ban Kiểm tra Quận Huyện Đoàn và tương đương giai đoạn nửa đầu nhiệm kỳ (2007 – 2012) thực hiện Nghị quyết từ Đại hội Quận Huyện Đoàn và tương đương; Đại hội Đại biểu Đoàn TNCS Hồ Chí Minh TP.Hồ Chí Minh lần thứ VIII.</span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

Phát hiện những điển hình, cách làm mới cũng như những khó khăn, hạn chế trong công tác kiểm tra, giám sát và hoạt động của Ủy ban Kiểm tra, kịp thời tham mưu cho Ban chấp hành Đoàn các cấp xác định nội dung, phương pháp để tiến hành kiểm tra, sơ kết cho phù hợp với đặc thù của đơn vị và đạt hiệu quả cao nhất. </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="ListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">3. Việc sơ kết công tác kiểm tra, giám sát của Đoàn phải được tiến hành phối hợp chặt chẽ giữa Ủy ban kiểm tra Thành Đoàn với Ban chấp hành, Ủy ban Kiểm tra Quận, Huyện Đoàn và tương đương trong việc triển khai và sơ kết công tác kiểm tra, giám sát theo nội dung đã đề ra.</span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Đánh giá việc thực hiện các nguyên tắc tổ chức của Đoàn do Điều lệ Đoàn quy định, tập trung vào các nguyên tắc quy định trong sinh hoạt Đoàn, tư cách Đoàn viên, việc thực hiện nguyên tắc tập trung dân chủ, quy chế làm việc, đoàn kết nội bộ trong cơ quan, việc giữ gìn phẩm chất, đạo đức cách mạng, chấp hành chủ trương, chính sách của Đảng và pháp luật đối với cán bộ, đoàn viên.</span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman";"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
