Để trở thành ứng viên có nhiều khả năng tìm được việc làm, khi tham gia ngày hội, các bạn cần chuẩn bị sẵn đơn và hồ sơ xin việc làm đã có dán ảnh, xác nhận, thị thực của các cơ quan chức năng có thẩm quyền; sổ ghi chép; thực hiện hồ sơ ứng viên tuyển dụng (theo mẫu đính kèm do ban tổ chức cung cấp); ăn mặc lịch sự chhuẩn bị kỹ tâm lý và kỹ năng khi được phỏng vấn tuyển dụng lao động.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;">Ban Tổ chức ngày hội mời các doanh nghiệp tham gia tuyển dụng, quảng bá, giới thiệu hoạt động tại ngày hội. Để tạo cầu nối cho doanh nghiệp và người lao động, ban tổ chức sẽ bố trí khu vực tổ chức phỏng vấn tuyển dụng, bảng thông tin tuyển dụng, giới thiệu ngành nghề của đơn vị. Doanh nghiệp có thể tham gia các hoạt động giới thiệu, tiếp thị sản phẩm, quảng bá thương hiệu theo hình thức các gian hàng trưng bày sản phẩm. </span></p>
