<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">Ngày hội Hiến máu tình nguyện năm 2011 đã chính thức diễn ra vào sáng ngày 9/1 tại Công viên Tao Đàn với hơn 1.000 đoàn viên, thanh niên và rất đông người dân thành phố tham gia hiến máu nhân đạo.</b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Ngày hội là một trong những nội dung hưởng ứng ngày hội Hiến máu tình nguyện do Trung ương Đoàn phát động trong tuần lễ khởi động năm Thanh niên 2011. Trong đợt hiến máu này, Thành Đoàn tiếp tục vận động 5.000 người hiến máu trong dịp Tết Nguyên Đán và tại ngày hội. Hiện đã có 68.801 đơn vị máu được đăng kí trong năm 2011 (vượt xa chỉ tiêu 20.000 đơn vị máu đã đặt ra).</span></span></p>

Chính vì vậy, hành động hiến máu cứu người là hành động cao cả, giúp cứu sống người khác nên đọc báo thấy có ngày hội hiến máu là cô tham gia liền”, còn anh Trần Trung Hiếu (22 tuổi, công nhân) cho biết “Đây là lần thứ hai tôi hiến máu, đơn giản bởi mình cảm thấy vui mừng khi làm được việc tốt”. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Từng 8 lần hiến máu, chị Cao Thị Bảo Châu (Đoàn phường 3, Quận Phú Nhuận) chia sẻ: “Ngày hội thu hút rất đông các bạn và người dân tham gia, thấy được tinh thần cống hiến của các bạn trẻ từ những việc nhỏ nhất. Và trong thời gian tới, trên địa bàn của mình, Châu cũng sẽ tuyên truyền đến các bạn thanh niên, gia đình, người thân, bạn bè cùng tham gia hiến máu tình nguyện”.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Trong những năm qua, hiến máu tình nguyện đã trở thành phong trào rộng khắp trong xã hội, chỉ trong năm 2010, các cấp bộ Đoàn đã vận động thanh niên hiến 18.391 đơn vị máu, đáp ứng một phần quan trọng nhu cầu máu điều trị tại các bệnh viện.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Bên cạnh đó, Thành Đoàn đã tuyên dương khen thưởng 16 tập thể tham gia tốt công tác vận động hiến máu và tuyên dương 15 cá nhân đã nhiều lần tham gia hiến máu.</span></span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><br />
