<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent:.5in" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="letter-spacing: -0.2pt;">Trong những năm qua, </span><span style="letter-spacing: -0.2pt;">công tác tập hợp thanh niên luôn được Hội Liên hiệp thanh niên Việt Nam Quận 8 tập trung đầu tư, đa dạng hóa các loại hình tập hợp thanh niên theo ngành nghề, theo sở thích….</span><span style="letter-spacing: -0.2pt;"> </span>Với nhu cầu sinh hoạt kỹ năng và sinh hoạt cộng đồng đang ngày càng gia tăng đòi hỏi cần thiết phải có những sân chơi, huấn luyện kỹ năng để đáp ứng và cũng để mở rộng tập hợp, giáo dục, định hướng cho thanh niên…Từ những thực trạng đó, Hội LHTN Việt Nam Quận 8 trình Thường trực Quận ủy cho chủ trương Hội LHTN Việt Nam Quận 8 tổ chức xây dựng và thành lập Sao Bắc Đẩu Quận 8 với mục đích là tập hợp thanh thiếu nhi nhằm giáo dục lòng yêu nước, kỹ năng sống, kỹ năng hoạt động dã ngoại góp phần hình thành và phát triển nhân cách sống đẹp – sống có ích. Đồng thời, đáp ứng nhu cầu tham gia sinh hoạt của nhiều đoàn viên, thanh niên, thiếu nhi trên địa bàn. </span></span></p>

Hồ Chí Minh, Tổng đoàn Sao Bắc Đẩu, Quận ủy Quận 8, UBND Quận 8; Hội LHTN Việt Nam Quận 8 phối hợp với Quận Đoàn 8 tổ chức lễ ra mắt Sao Bắc Đẩu Quận 8 và chương trình ngày cùng hành động “Vì trẻ em”. </span></span></p>

<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent:.5in" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Trong lễ ra mắt, Tổng đoàn Sao Bắc Đẩu đã công nhận và trao quai hàm và cấp hoa hướng dương cho Ban chủ nhiệm – Ban huấn luyện Sao Bắc Đẩu Quận 8; trao tín vật và trao cờ Sao Bắc Đẩu từ Tổng đoàn Sao Bắc Đẩu cho Sao Bắc Đẩu Quận 8. Đồng thời, Ban chủ nhiệm CLB “Sao Bắc Đẩu” Quận 8 giới thiệu 02 thành viên danh dự của Sao Bắc Đẩu Quận 8 là anh Phùng Công Dũng – Phó chủ tịch UBND Quận 8 và anh Nguyễn Trọng Nghĩa – Chủ tịch Hội LHTN Việt Nam Quận 8.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent:.5in" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Ngay sau lễ ra mắt câu lạc bộ, Quận Đoàn 8 phối hợp Ban chỉ đạo Hè Quận 8 lồng ghép tổ chức chương trình chào hè – Ngày cùng hành động “Vì trẻ em” như: tổ chức các nội dung sinh hoạt thiếu nhi và sân chơi chào hè gồm các gian hàng trò chơi và các gian hàng ẩm thực tại Công viên văn hóa Dạ Nam.</span></span></p>
