Tài khoản sẽ được xác nhận qua thư điện tử (email) của cá nhân.</span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;">- <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">Thời gian dự thi:</i></b> Đúng 14g30 ngày 03/6/2011, Ban tổ chức sẽ mở đề và tài khoản để các cá nhân (đã có xác nhận tài khoản) làm bài thi trực tiếp trên mạng. Thời gian thi chia thành 02 đợt:</span></p>

Sau khi hoàn thành 5 chặng thi của phần thi trắc nghiệm, thí sinh <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">tiếp tục</i> làm 01 bài tự luận, <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">không quá 1.500</i></b> <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><i style="mso-bidi-font-style:
normal">chữ</i></b> trong thời gian 30 phút.</span></p>

Hồ Chí Minh từ 1969 đến nay; kết quả quá trình tổ chức, thực hiện cuộc vận động “Tuổi trẻ Việt Nam học tập và làm theo lời Bác”.</span></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span lang="PT-BR">Căn cứ xếp hạng, trao giải là tổng điểm của cả 02 phần thi trắc nghiệm và tự luận trong thời gian làm bài ngắn nhất.</span></span> </p>

<p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span lang="PT-BR">Ban tổ chức trao giải thưởng gồm: Giấy khen của Ban Chấp hành Thành Đoàn, biểu trưng giải thưởng và hiện kim có giá trị cao cho 01 giải nhất, 02 giải nhì, 03 giải ba, 10 giải khuyến khích cho các cá nhân xuất sắc và giải thưởng cho các tập thể đơn vị có nhiều thí sinh tham dự (<i style="mso-bidi-font-style:
normal">chỉ xét những đơn vị có trên 1.000 người dự thi</i>).</span></span></p>
