<div style="text-align: justify;">Hội thi nhằm kiểm tra chương trình rèn luyện phụ trách Đội, nâng cao chất lượng, năng lực của lực lượng phụ trách Đội và biểu dương phụ trách Đội xuất sắc trong chỉ đạo, triển khai, tổ chức hoạt động Đội TNTP Hồ Chí Minh.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">43 thí sinh đến từ các trường TH, THCS, Liên đội phụ trách, Nhà thiếu nhi cùng trải qua các phần thi như trắc nghiệm kiến thức về lịch sử đất nước, Bác Hồ, Đoàn thanh niên cộng sản Hồ Chí Minh, Đội TNTP Hồ Chí Minh; chương trình rèn luyện phụ trách Đội TNTP Hồ Chí Minh, xử lý tình huống, ứng xử trong nghiệp vụ công tác Đội, thực hành nghi thức - nghi lễ Đội, trống Đội, múa hát tập thể, kỹ năng sơ cấp cứu và phòng, chống tai nạn thương tích trẻ em.<br />

<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Hội thi đã mang về giải Én vàng cho 2 đồng chí Nguyễn Thanh Tâm - GV TPT Đội Trường THCS Nguyễn Gia Thiều (Bảng A) và Trần Thanh Công - Thành viên Liên đội Phụ trách (Bảng B). Ban tổ chức còn trao 2 giải Én bạc, 2 giải Én đồng và 2 giải khuyến khích. 8 cánh én xuất sắc nhất của hội thi sẽ tiếp tục đại diện cho quận Tân Bình tham gia hội thi cấp thành phố được tổ chức vào đầu tháng 12/2011.</span></span></div>
