Tại ngày hội “Thiếu nhi quận 3 nói lời hay – làm việc tốt – vững bước lên Đoàn” được tổ chức tại trường Tiểu học Trương Quyền (quận 3), gần 600 em đội viên nhi đồng của các liên đội Tiểu học, THCS trên địa bàn quận lần lượt tham gia các sân chơi chuyên hiệu, thi múa dân vũ…. hào hứng và sôi nổi. Đồng thời, các em đội viên cùng nhau thực hiện thông điệp Đại hội chào mừng Đại hội Đại biểu Đoàn TNCS Hồ Chí Minh quận 3, thông điệp được các em viết lên những bông hoa mang ý chí và nguyện vọng của đội viên muốn gửi tới Đại hội.</span></div>

Dịp này, Quận Đoàn đã tuyên dương 62 em đội viên Cháu ngoan Bác Hồ tiêu biểu là những gương điển hình trong học tập, biết vượt khó và cùng nhau vượt khó. Các em là những chỉ huy đội xuất sắc luôn có nhiều sáng kiến trong việc tổ chức các hoạt động, là những gương dũng sĩ nhỏ cần kiệm, những vận động viên nhỏ tuổi…. Đồng thời, 25 em đội viên ưu tú của các trường THCS được vinh dự đứng vào tổ chức Đoàn TNCS Hồ Chí Minh. </span></div>
