Cùng với hình ảnh 1400 văn nghệ sĩ, sinh viên, khán giả được quay hình tại Nhà văn hóa Thanh Niên TP.HCM, music video Những trái tim Việt Nam còn lồng vào nhiều danh lam thắng cảnh nổi tiếng của Việt Nam.</span></span><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: Arial;"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
