Anh Phi nói: “Người dân Quảng Trị xem người dân Sài Gòn như ruột thịt. Khi chúng tôi gặp khó khăn vì bão lũ, họ đã hết lòng giúp đỡ thì đây là lúc chúng tôi đáp trả lại những tấm chân tình ấy.
