Trung học phổ thông Lê Hồng Phong, TP.HCM, Ban Thường vụ Thành Đoàn TP.HCM tổ
chức lễ phát động hội thi Sáng tạo danh cho thanh thiếu nhi TP.HCM lần 3 năm
2008. Cuộc thi được thực hiện dưới sự chỉ đạo của 3 cơ quan:

Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo TP.HCM, Liên hiệp các Hội Khoa học và Kỹ thuật TP.HCM và

khơi dậy tiềm năng và phát huy tư duy sáng tạo của thanh thiếu nhi thành phố,
qua đó giúp các em trau dồi kiến thức, rèn luyện kỹ năng sáng tạo. thông qua hội
thi, n<span style="letter-spacing: -.2pt">hững nhân tố, mô hình tiêu biểu cấp

tham gia “Cuộc thi sáng tạo dành cho thanh thiếu niên và nhi đồng toàn quốc” lần

cuộc thi dành cho cá nhân hoặc nhóm thanh thiếu nhi từ 6 đến 19 tuổi
<span style="color: black">(ngày sinh từ 15/7/1989 đến 15/7/2002), </span>đang
sinh sống và học tập tại TP.HCM. Các đối tượng dự thi sẽ được chia làm 3 bảng:</span></p>

bán kết và chung kết xếp hạng</span></i></b></p>

<span lang="VI" style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Arial">- Vòng bán kết:
qua vòng sơ khảo, tùy theo số lượng và chất lượng của các bài thi gửi tham dự,
Ban giám khảo sẽ chọn mỗi bảng 8 bài thi có điểm số cao nhất, các thí sinh sẽ
tham dự vòng thi bán kết dưới hình thức thi trắc nghiệm theo từng bảng thi; mỗi
bảng chọn ra 3 thí sinh có điểm cao nhất sẽ vào thi chung kết xếp hạng, 5 thí
sinh còn lại đoạt giải khuyến khích.</span></p>

<span lang="VI" style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Arial">- Vòng chung kết
xếp hạng: 9 thí sinh của 3 bảng thi có điểm cao nhất ở vòng bán kết sẽ dự thi để
chọn các giải nhất, nhì, ba; hình thức thi: trả lời các câu hỏi do ban giám khảo
đặt ra, trong trường hợp có điểm thi bằng nhau, ban giám khảo sẽ phân hạng theo
điểm thi ở vòng bán kết.</span></p>

sáng tạo do Trung tâm Phát triển Khoa học và Công nghệ Trẻ Thành Đoàn chịu trách
nhiệm tổ chức.</span></p>

tổ chức chấm điểm các sản phẩm, mô hình dự thi… theo từng bảng; chọn ra các mô
hình, sản phẩm có chất lượng và điểm số cao theo từng bảng vào thi vòng chung
kết xếp hạng (Các thí sinh có mô hình vào thi vòng chung kết sẽ nhận được thư
mời của ban tổ chức). </span></p>

mô hình sáng tạo là các giải pháp kỹ thuật, bao gồm các dụng cụ, mẫu vật, máy
móc hoặc mô hình, bản thiết kế thuộc các lĩnh vực sau đây:</span></p>

vật dụng, các mô hình hữu ích, dụng cụ đa năng, các thiết bị máy móc, robot,
thiết bị tự động hóa, mô hình thông tin, sản phẩm tin học, phần mềm điều khiển.</span></p>

đồng toàn quốc lần thứ 4 năm 2008; Các giải pháp khác (nếu có yêu cầu) cũng sẽ
được Ban Tổ chức Hội thi trợ giúp chuyển đến cuộc thi Toàn quốc.</span></p>
