<span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial">Ngày 29/6/2008, 300 thí sinh
vượt qua vòng thi Tin học cấp quận – huyện đã tập trung về Trường Đại học Kỹ
thuật Công nghệ Tp.HCM tham dự đợt 1 Hội thi Tin học trẻ thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
năm 2008. </span></p>

<span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial">Qua 16 lần tổ chức Hội thi đã
thu hút hơn 40.000 thí sinh tham gia, gặt gái được nhiều thành công và tạo dấu
ấn mạnh mẽ trong phong trào học tập của học sinh Thành phố. Nhiều tài năng tin
học trẻ của thành phố đã khẳng định mình và trưởng thành từ Hội thi, không ít
trong số đó đã được chọn là điển hình thanh niên tiên tiến cấp thành phố và toàn
quốc. </span></p>

<span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial">Ở đợt 1 của cuộc thi năm nay,
126 em học sinh tiểu học, 116 học sinh trung học cơ sở và 53 học sinh trung học
phổ thông sẽ tham gia thi <i>kiến thức và kỹ năng về tin học </i>tại các phòng
máy tính của Trường Đại học Kỹ thuật Công nghệ Tp.HCM.</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial">Đợt 2 của Hội thi diễn ra vào
ngày 1/7/2008, có 3 phần mềm sáng tạo (PMST) của học sinh cấp 1, 8 PMST của học
sinh cấp 2 và 10 PMST của học sinh cấp 3 tham dự Hội thi cấp thành phố.</span></p>

đốc Trung tâm phát triển KH&CN Trẻ Thành Đoàn cho biết: “Sau khi tiến hành xong
2 đợt thi, BTC sẽ tiến hành tổng kết Hội thi vào ngày 10/7 và tuyển chọn ra 20
em học sinh xuất sắc nhất (con số này có thể tăng lên tùy vào kết quả thi) để
đại diện cho Thành phố tham dự Hội thi Tin học trẻ toàn quốc tại Đà Nẵng vào
tháng 8 tới”. </span></p>

sinh Trường Tiểu học Hồ Thị Kỷ, giải nhất cuộc thi Tin học Quận 10 năm 2008 háo
hức nói: “Đây là lần đầu tiên em tham gia cuộc thi tại một trường Đại học lớn
như thế này, em mơ ước trong tương lai sẽ trở thành một chuyên gia Công nghệ
Thông tin thật giỏi”. </span></p>

thi sau một năm gián đoạn, hy vọng Hội thi lần này sẽ dấy lên một phong trào học
tập mạnh mẽ, thúc đẩy lĩnh vực công nghệ thông tin Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh phát
triển hơn nữa trong tương lai.</span></p>
