Sinh viên Việt Nam là tổ chức chính trị - xã hội của giới sinh viên Việt Nam.
Hội bao gồm những sinh viên Việt Nam đang học tại các trường đại học, cao đẳng ở
trong và ngoài nước có mục đích phấn đấu cho nước Việt Nam hòa bình, độc lập,
dân chủ, giàu mạnh, văn minh và vì những quyền hợp pháp của sinh viên. </font>

riêng. Trụ sở của Hội đặt tại Hà Nội, thủ đô nước Cộng hòa Xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt
Nam. Ngày truyền thống của Hội là 9 thang giêng - Ngày học sinh, sinh viên Việt
Nam. </font></span></p>

Sinh viên Việt Nam hoạt động trong khuôn khổ Hiến pháp và pháp luật của nước
Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam. Hội hoạt động dưới sự lãnh đạo của Đảng cộng
sản Việt Nam, sự quản lý của Nhà nước và trong sự phối hợp chặt chẽ với Đoàn
Thanh niên cộng sản Hồ Chí Minh, trong đó Đoàn Thanh niên cộng sản Hồ Chí Minh
có vai trò nòng cốt. </font></span></p>

viên Việt Nam có nhiệm vụ: </font></span></p>

<span style="font-family: Arial; font-weight: normal"><font size="2">1) Đoàn
kết, giúp đỡ sinh viên trong học tập và rèn luyện, hoàn thành nhiệm vụ của người
sinh viên trong nhà trường và ngoài xã hội. </font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 10.0pt; margin-right: 10.0pt; margin-top: 10.0pt">
<span style="font-family: Arial; font-weight: normal"><font size="2">2) Cùng với
các cơ quan nhà nước và các tổ chức xã hội khác chăm lo đời sống vật chất, tinh
thần và bảo vệ các quyền hợp pháp của sinh viên. </font></span></p>

viên sinh viên tham gia xây dựng và quản lý nhà trường, tham gia hoạt động xã
