<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><b style="">Quỹ Bảo trợ Tài năng trẻ TP.HCM (thuộc Thành Đoàn TP.HCM) vừa thông báo đến các cơ sở Đoàn về thời gian công bố kết quả bảo trợ năm 2010. Theo đó, hạn chót nhận hồ sơ là ngày 15/12/2010, công bố kết quả bảo trợ vào ngày 23/12/2010, tổ chức lễ tuyên dương và bảo trợ vào ngày 30/12/2010.</b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Đề nghị các cơ sở Đoàn, Hội, Đội, các đơn vị trực thuộc Thành Đoàn khẩn trương rà soát, lập hồ sơ giới thiệu ứng cử viên về Văn phòng Quỹ Bảo trợ Tài năng trẻ TP.HCM trước ngày 15/12/2010, theo các nội dung cụ thể như sau:</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Là những tài năng trẻ thuộc 5 lĩnh vực: Học tập, Giảng dạy, Văn hóa nghệ thuật, Thể dục <span lang="VI">-</span> thể thao và Khoa học kỹ thuật; chưa quá 35 tuổi, nguyện phục vụ suốt đời cho nước CHXHCN Việt Nam, tán thành đường lối chủ trương của Nhà nước và không vi phạm pháp luật; hiện đang học tập, công tác tại TP.HCM. </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span lang="SV">Là những thanh, thiếu niên và công dân có quốc tịch Việt Nam, độ tuổi không quá 35, đang học tập, làm việc tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, có thành tích xuất sắc trong quá trình học tập, nghiên cứu, làm việc được cộng đồng và xã hội thừa nhận, tôn vinh. </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span lang="SV">Có tinh thần yêu nước, hướng về cội nguồn dân tộc, luôn chấp hành chủ trương, đường lối của Đảng, pháp luật của Nhà nước,<span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0);"> </span>có tư cách đạo đức tốt, là tấm gương sáng trong cuộc sống, học tập, nghiên cứu và công tác. </span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Đối với học sinh: liên tục các năm học đều đạt học sinh giỏi xuất sắc, đoạt giải các kỳ thi học sinh giỏi cấp quốc gia, quốc tế, hoặc đạt các giải nhất cuộc thi toàn quốc như: Cuộc thi sáng tạo dành cho thanh thiếu niên và nhi đồng; Hội thi Tin học trẻ Nhân tài Đất Việt; Thần đồng Đất Việt; đường lên đỉnh Olympia.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Đối với sinh viên: Có thành tích đặc biệt xuất sắc trong học tập, có đề tài nghiên cứu khoa học được nhà trường ghi nhận, hoặc đạt giải cao trong các giải thưởng, kỳ thi cấp thành phố, cấp quốc gia và quốc tế hoặc thủ khoa đầu vào Đại học. Liên tục nhiều năm liền là sinh viên xuất sắc, hoặc tốt nghiệp thủ khoa của trường Đại học, Cao đẳng.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><b style="">* Giảng viên- giáo viên trẻ tài năng</b></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Đ<span lang="VI">ạt danh hiệu “Chiến sĩ thi đua”, “Giáo viên giỏi” </span>cấp thành phố, cấp toàn quốc; đạt danh hiệu giải thưởng “nhà giáo trẻ tiêu biểu”.<span lang="VI"> Có</span> công trình nghiên cứu khoa học,<span lang="VI"> sáng kiến </span>xuất sắc <span lang="VI">trong cải tiến phương pháp giảng dạy hoặc sáng chế sản phẩm, dụng cụ học tập, các hoạt động rèn luyện kỹ năng thực hành xã hội, tạo sự chuyển biến tích cực trong học tập của học sinh, sinh viên. </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><b><span lang="SV">* Vận động viên, nghệ sỹ trẻ tài năng</span></b></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Vận động viên trẻ tài năng: Những vận động viên có nhiều thành tích xuất sắc trong hoạt động thể dục thể thao, có nhiều đóng góp cho sự phát triển của ngành đạt huy chương vàng cấp quốc gia hoặc huy chương các loại trong các cuộc thi quốc tế. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Nghệ sỹ trẻ tài năng: Các nghệ sĩ có nhiều sáng tạo, thành tích xuất sắc trong hoạt động văn hoá, văn nghệ, đã đoạt được các giải thưởng, danh hiệu quốc gia, quốc tế và được xã hội yêu mến, ghi nhận.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><b><span lang="SV">* Cán bộ khoa học kỹ thuật trẻ tài năng</span></b></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span lang="SV">Các giáo sư, phó giáo sư, tiến sỹ, bác sỹ, kỹ sư… có các công trình nghiên cứu, bằng phát minh, sáng chế từ cấp tỉnh, thành, bộ, ngành trở lên; có bài viết được đăng trên tạp chí khoa học chuyên ngành quốc tế hoặc có các công trình nghiên cứu, phát minh, sáng chế, giải pháp kỹ thuật được ứng dụng rộng rãi trong thực tế mang lại hiệu quả kinh tế, xã hội cao, được nhà nước hoặc các tổ chức quốc tế ghi nhận.</span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Tùy theo hoàn cảnh và lĩnh vực, tài năng trẻ sẽ nhận được các loại giải thưởng<span lang="VI">,</span> học bổng, điều kiện<span lang="VI">, </span>phương tiện nhằm hỗ trợ phát triển năng khiếu trong nghiên cứu, học tập<span lang="VI">,</span> thi đấu, biểu diễn.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;"><b style="">Hồ sơ đề nghị bảo trợ</b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">* Hồ sơ đề nghị bảo trợ của năm 2010 gồm:</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Phiếu đề nghị bảo trợ, hỗ trợ (theo mẫu đính kèm)</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Bản thuyết minh hoặc giới thiệu về thành tích, hoàn cảnh, nhu cầu cần hỗ trợ (bản thành tích trình bày ngắn, không quá 03 mặt giấy A4)</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Bản photo giấy CMND hoặc thẻ học sinh- sinh viên, vận động viên…; bản photo hộ khẩu (công chứng hoặc có xác nhận của đoàn thể, cơ quan, đơn vị)</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Ảnh tác giả: 2 ảnh khổ 4cm x 6cm, ghi rõ họ tên ở mặt sau, bỏ vào bao thư.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Kèm bản photo các quyết định, giấy tờ, bằng khen, hình ảnh, sản phẩm minh hoạt về thành tích của cá nhân.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><b style=""> Ghi chú</b>: Hồ sơ lập thành 2 bộ, sắp xếp theo thứ tự và để trong túi hồ sơ.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">* Đối với những trường hợp đột xuất: Đơn vị, cá nhân<b style=""> </b>quan tâm và đề nghị được bảo trợ, hỗ trợ đột xuất hoàn tất thủ tục và gửi bộ hồ sơ về Quỹ bảo trợ Tài năng trẻ thành phố vào các ngày làm việc trong tuần.</span></span></p>

Quỹ không có chủ trương tập trung hay thay thế các chương trình tài trợ đã, đang và sẽ có ở các ngành, các cấp mà Quỹ chỉ tiếp nối đầu tư vào những tài năng trẻ ở đỉnh cao để từ đó có thể đào tạo thành những nhân tài cho đất nước, thành phố.</span></span></p>
