<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size: small; "><span style="font-family: Arial; "><span style="line-height: 115%; ">Theo thông tin từ Ban tổ chức hội thi Ánh sáng thời đại, sau khi chấm vòng loại, phần thi tập thể, Ban tổ chức đã chọn ra 36 đội xuất sắc nhất vào vào bán kết. Trong đó, có 9 đội ở bảng A, bảng đấu của quận, huyện. 27 đội ở bảng B, bảng đấu giữa các trường Đại học, Cao đẳng, Trung cấp chuyên nghiệp. Sau vòng loại, huyện Nhà Bè đang đứng đầu bảng A, Đại học Luật đứng đầu bảng B.</span></span></span></p>

Theo Ban tổ chức, bảng B sẽ có nhiều trận thi đấu hấp dẫn như giữa các trường thuộc khối Đại học Quốc gia, trong đó có Đại học Khoa học Xã hội và Nhân văn với Đại học Bách khoa và Đoàn cơ quan Đại học Quốc gia. Trận đấu có sự góp mặt của Đại học Luật, đội đứng thứ 1 bảng B và Đại học Ngoại ngữ - Tin học, đội đứng thứ 3 bảng B cũng là một buổi thi hứa hẹn hấp dẫn.</span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size: small; "><span style="font-family: Arial; "><span style="line-height: 115%; ">Trận đấu giữa Đại học Tài chính - Maketting, Trung học Văn thư Lưu trữ Trung ương II và Đại học Ngoại thương cơ sở 2 (đội 1) vào ngày 25/4 sẽ là trận đấu mở màn cho vòng bán kết, phần thi tập thể.</span></span></span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;

Mảng 1, thi khoa học cơ bản và khoa học ứng dụng của chủ nghĩa Mác - Lênin. Mảng 2, vì đây là phần thi giành cho giáo viên, giảng viên trẻ nên hội thi sẽ thi tìm hiểu quan điểm của Đảng về Luật giáo dục và đào tạo.
