<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Quyết định của ban thường vụ Thành ủy TP.HCM điều động anh Phạm Hồng Sơn tham gia Ban chấp hành, Ban thường vụ và chỉ định giữ chức bí thư Quận ủy Phú Nhuận nhiệm kỳ 2015-2020. </span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Quyết định này do Bí thư Thành ủy Nguyễn Thiện Nhân ký ngày 24-3 và có hiệu lực từ ngày 1-4-2020.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Trước đó, ông Trần Lưu Quang cũng trao quyết định thôi việc theo nguyện vọng cá nhân để nghỉ hưu của bí thư Quận ủy - chủ tịch HĐND quận Phú Nhuận Trịnh Xuân Thiều, kể từ ngày 1-4-2020.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Lưu ý với anh Phạm Hồng Sơn, ông Trần Lưu Quang nói có hai nhiệm vụ quan trọng trước mắt với tân bí thư Quận ủy Phú Nhuận. </span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Một là chuẩn bị và đảm bảo thành công của đại hội Đảng bộ quận nhiệm kỳ 2020-2025, tiến tới Đại hội Đảng bộ TP.HCM.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Hai là, trong tình hình và diễn biến dịch bệnh còn khó lường hiện nay, phải cùng tập thể lãnh đạo quận thực hiện triệt để các biện pháp phòng chống dịch, mọi người cùng cố gắng, không được lơ là, nếu không sẽ thất bại.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Nguyên bí thư quận ủy Trịnh Xuân Thiều cũng gửi gắm tin tưởng vào người kế nhiệm, đồng thời cho biết ông sẵn sàng hỗ trợ, giúp đỡ để tân bí thư quận ủy tiếp cận công việc trong môi trường mới.</span></p>

Anh Sơn từng tham gia ban chấp hành Đảng bộ quận hai nhiệm kỳ khi là bí thư Quận đoàn, trước khi chuyển công tác về Thành đoàn TP.HCM đến nay đã 10 năm.</span></p>

<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:inherit; font-size:inherit">Anh Phạm Hồng Sơn sinh năm 1981 tại TP.HCM, quê Bến Tre, trình độ cử nhân hành chính, thạc sĩ xây dựng Đảng và chính quyền nhà nước, cao cấp lý luận chính trị.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Anh Phạm Hồng Sơn trưởng thành từ cơ sở, từng làm cán bộ Đoàn khu phố, phụ trách Đội, giữ nhiệm vụ phó bí thư, rồi bí thư Quận đoàn Phú Nhuận trong nhiều năm trước khi được điều động về công tác tại Thành đoàn TP.HCM năm 2011.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Tại Thành đoàn, anh Sơn cũng giữ nhiều nhiệm vụ khác nhau trước khi được bầu làm bí thư Thành đoàn vào tháng 6-2017, khi đang là phó bí thư, chủ tịch Hội LHTN Việt Nam TP.HCM. Hiện anh là ủy viên thường vụ Trung ương Đoàn.</p>
