Sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp đại học (tốt nghiệp không quá 1 năm tính từ khi nộp hồ
sơ dự tuyển chương trình này). </span></p>

tổ chức kỷ luật, ý thức phục vụ nhân dân. </span></p>

Cộng sản Hồ Chí Minh; trong đó, ưu tiên xét tuyển đảng viên, cán bộ Đoàn Thanh
niên và cán bộ trẻ diện quy hoạch dài hạn. </span></p>

trình độ ngoại ngữ theo quy định của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo. </span></p>

trình độ Anh văn đạt điểm IELTS 6.5 hoặc TOEFL iBT 90 trở lên, (các ngoại ngữ

tốt nghiệp đại học hệ chính quy loại giỏi, có hạnh kiểm tốt trong suốt quá trình
học.. Trường hợp mới tốt nghiệp đạt loại khá, bản thân phải là đảng viên hoặc bí
thư đoàn, chủ tịch hội sinh viên cấp khoa trở lên</span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Arial">

thông công chính, Tài nguyên Môi trường, Cấp - thoát và xử lý nước, kỹ thuật hạ

theo hướng dẫn và nộp về Phòng Quy hoạch Đào tạo, hạn cuối ngày 31/7/2008 (hồ sơ
không được hoàn lại sau khi xét tuyển). </span></p>
