ngày 18/5/2009, Hội thi Olympic Mác-Lênin, tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh “Tầm nhìn xuyên
thế kỷ” lần V năm 2009 đã khép lại với chiến thắng thuộc về đội tuyển trường An
ninh Nhân dân (Đội 3) trong vòng chung kết xếp hạng bảng A dành cho khối trường
đại học, cao đẳng. Trước đó, Trường Cao đẳng Công nghệ Thủ Đức (Đội 3) cũng đã
giành được giải nhất bảng B dành cho khối trường Trung học chuyên nghiệp trên
địa bàn thành phố.</span></p>

trong 2 tháng (19/3 đến 18/5), hội thi năm nay thu hút sự tham gia của hơn
25.030 thí sinh tham dự phần thi cá nhân, 516 thí sinh (86 đội) tham gia phần
thi tập thể thuộc 40 trường đại học, cao đẳng, trung cấp chuyên nghiệp trên địa
bàn thành phố.</span></p>

bán kết hội thi được bắt đầu từ ngày 19/4/2009 với sự tham dự của 27 đội xuất
sắc nhất bảng A và 9 đội xuất sắc nhất bảng B. Trải qua các phần thi: Dấu ấn
lịch sử, Đi tìm chân lý, Nhà thông thái trẻ, Tinh hoa Hồ Chí Minh (vòng thi bán
kết); tự hào sinh viên học sinh thành phố anh hùng (vòng chung kết); hành trang
ra biển lớn, các đội đã thể hiện bản lĩnh, sự tự tin về kiến thức các môn khoa
học Mác-Lênin, thể hiện kiến thức của mình về mọi mặt từ chính trị - xã hội,
kinh tế, văn hóa, triết học, đồng thời bổ sung những kiến thức còn thiếu tại nhà
trường. </span></p>

Vũ Tình - Chánh chủ khảo hội thi, nhận định rằng nội dung những câu hỏi lần này
khó hơn mọi năm và đòi hỏi kiến thức rất rộng, tuy nhiên hầu hết thí sinh đều
vượt qua những câu hỏi rất khó và đạt được những số điểm rất cao.</span></p>
